Is Your Resume Getting You Noticed?
If You Are Struggling, Let Me Help You…

Resume Rejection
Getting Past Applicant Tracking Systems
Here are the most common reasons your resume is likely to be rejected – and you might not even know it.
I can help repair those issues by building an attractive and accomplishment-based resume that focuses on what you CAN do, not what you CANNOT do.
Perhaps you have or maybe you have not heard the term “ATS,” which stands for Applicant Tracking System. It is software that companies purchase allowing them to sort, filter, and rate job applicants for each job requisition. Job seekers often hate it, but it helps to optimize and save time on the screening process for typically mid-large sized companies who receive hundreds to thousands of resumes weekly or even daily.
How do you know if your resume is being filtered by this type of software? When you click on a link to apply for a job, notice the address in the address bar. If it includes words like “jobvite, icims, or adp,” for example, those are ATS software programs.
I have completed special resume training to in this area and know how to help improve your resume so that it makes it through the software and in front of human eyes. After all, it is humans who hire humans, not computers. Don’t let the computer keep you from getting a chance to interview.

Navigating Career Changes
Grabbing an Employers Attention
Changing careers can create a sense of anxiety and uncertainty – I totally get it! Transitioning into an area that does not have the related work history to support it means that your resume needs some special care and attention. I focus on a strong objective or branding statement that allows for transparency and connectivity in addition to transferable skill set and accomplishments.
Your career “story” should read as such, not as a bulleted list or outline of multiple job descriptions. As someone who has done recruiting and hiring, I can assess within 5 seconds if I want to spend time reading further or not. From this perspective and having worked with thousands of recruiters, I know what will set your resume apart from others.
What Level Are You?
It starts with a review of your current resume, that costs $35, where I provide detailed feedback, suggestions, and some examples for improvement. I’ve received some resumes that don’t need a complete redesign and I’ll tell you if I believe it doesn’t. The fee for the review gets applied to your complete resume redesign package.
